To say we are a 'training' business would not do justice to nor fully encompass the way in which we approach our work. 'Training' is a very limiting term, we understand the need to go well beyond simply standing up in front of a classroom and delivering information, putting it bluntly it simply doesn't cut it. Our clients are bottom line results focused and so are we.
Our Process

As you can see we follow a very logical and step by step process that progressively builds into a comprehensive blended learning project.
Commencing with the full version of our SkillMap assessments, moving forward to Train the Trainer/Coach, this takes into account the need for some of our clients to have their own Training staff deliver the classroom elements of the courses, through to the Pre-Learning phase where individual needs are re-focused.
From there we implement the training component whether that be classroom, Online or blended.
The Training is then reinforced utilising audio and video content with Training being completed by the award of Certification.
As in most organisations there is a need to review the commercial aspects of training as in what did we achieve in terms of a Return On Investment
Almost without exception the big question, whenever a client is reviewing their operational effectiveness or looking to see where they can cut costs or make more profits, is always going to be 'How will my business benefit from this exercise?'
We are similarly focused, we fully understand that question especially in the current and somewhat uncertain economic climate.
Our Focus
We are similarly focused, we fully understand that question especially in the current and somewhat uncertain economic climate.
Our focus right from the outset is on uncovering just where the best Return on Investment will come from and we do that by using our unique 'SkillMap' approach. This tool enables us together to understand in detail just what skills are required and to what level each employee is capable, we can show their strengths and their areas for development. This is zeroing in on the low hanging fruit and that plus a series of case studies will help provide you with confidence that properly designed and delivered learning for your employees will deliver a very satisfactory bottom line benefit.

Building Your Learning Solution
We use a comprehensive approach, one that takes into account the needs of the individual staff employee and of the business itself. There is little point in delivering information and learning on 'Time Management' for example to a Salesperson or Customer Service Agent who is an absolute Champion in that field. What we deliver is 'Customised Learning' and we deliver it in what's known as 'Blended' format. What that means is the we have a number of ways of delivering the information.
Live In Classroom Training
1. Live in classroom training events. Whilst we do employ some smart technology, experience has shown that there is nothing quite like being face to face in a classroom environment and to that end Classroom delivered sessions can form a significant part of our blended learning approach. It may not always be the case but it is certainly something that we should and do consider dependent on the clients needs and circumstances.
Provision of Facilitators Notes
2. We can provide facilitators notes so that should you decide that you would prefer to deliver your own classroom training, then you can have access to our hard copy training materials to train your own staff.
Online Tutorials
3. Online tutorials available 24/7 and 365 days a year, the exact kind of material is closely matched to the needs of each employee. We use some very smart tools to deliver this material and apart from laying out he information in a very easy to understand manner, they also have a built in 'Memory' they know where in the tutorial someone may have left off a session and when they resume which could be a day later, the system 'recognises' the employee and prompts them to re open the session in the same place they had earlier left it. Apart from being a smart feature, it also means that employees can take their training as and when there is time available and extremely flexible and time saving technique.
Media
4. CD's and DVDs. It may not always be possible for personnel to get access to the web or a computer and in those cases they can choose to make use of a CD for their offline computer or a DVD which they can view on their TV if necessary.
Ongoing Coaching & Support
5. We have a well developed set of coaching tools. Again, experience tells us that it is one thing to give someone a set of information and knowledge and another to ensure that they make full and effective use of that knowledge in their work environment. Practical and hands on coaching, ongoing if required, therefore forms another significant aspect of our 'Blended Learning' approach.
